1 batch of The Easiest 20-Minute Buffalo Chickpeas
1 batch of The Best Vegan Ranch you may not use it all

1/4 red onion thinly sliced, or my Quick Pickled Red Onion!
Optional

1 cup cooked brown rice Minute Rice can also be a great option for ease!

Instructions

Make a batch of The Easiest 20-Minute Buffalo Chickpeas.
While they're cooking, make a batch of The Best Vegan Ranch and Quick Pickled Red Onion, if you're using pickled red onion rather than sliced onion.
