I like this old school kodokan kata garuma, in Hapkido we also have similar this but stepping outside uki , for instance, right leg with tori left leg, squat low, elbow to groin, uki right sleeve or wrist held by tori right hand making an arm bar over your right shoulder, left arm inside uki left leg, pull on right lift with left and legs- shoulder wheel we call it.

My father was a fireman and they use this lift also. In the seventies he tried to convince me that the firemen invented this lift.
