That's actually not correct. In x570 asus Mainboards like the crosshair VIII Hero they actually brought the Curve Optimizer back with an update. I just used it earlier today as my 5800x3d kept crashing my PC with it's high temps. Now that I put all cores to -30 in Bios at least it's no longer crashing in Star Citizen but I still reach 90°C in r23 and in most games it's sitting at around 80-90°C
