.Increase your volume then press the 3 dots then different categories of volume will show ,now u see that one with a speaker icon decrease it there its done you decrease the notification volume too

I think aditionally u should add position so if Ur Bluetooth is connected, and u are at Ur gym location mute sound so it doesn't mute Ur phone every time Ur Bluetooth is connected.

U can do the same using silent mode or dnd

There is another practical way for that is to download Sound Assistant and there is an option to enable or disable Ringtone, or Notification sound through your headphone or bluetooth.

In samsung photos you could store videos you want in a separate video file name
