Da geht noch mehr Info, z.B. können auf dem tiefen Deckel auch Kohlen gepackt werden (= Oberhitze). Zudem können dann die Füße des Deckels als Pfannenknecht verwendet werden (z.B. für eine Pfanne oder einen weiteren DO). Auf die Kerbe im Deckel / DO (Kabeldurchführung/Minidampfablass) seid ihr auch nicht eingegangen.
Außerdem solltet ihr auf die Suchtgefahr hinweisen, die Guss auslösen kann. ;)
