Very possible that that hub is braking more than the rest causing more heat...should equalize after some use

I even check the temp on the hubs on my little trailer. If you ever need any help I'm on the NW side of FT Worth. Those are good temps like others mentioned probably a slight magnet drag on that one.

I have one on my boat trailer that runs a little warmer than the rest too. I've opened it up and checked everything and it's fine. I had a boat place look at it once and they said everything was ok as well.

Most of your temps are from the brakes applying it seems and the front axle is warmer than the two on the rear axle which is typical as the front usually do most of the braking like a vehicle does.

I do the same with my 6,500# boat trailer. As a rule of thumb I’ve always found that the hubs on the sunny side of the trailer are 10° hotter than on the shady side.

There is no substitute for regular monitoring and regular measurements. Carry on.

Seems like the front axle is way hotter than the rear axle might want to check the brakes. May be that the front axle is braking way harder ram the rear

Pull your tire off and rotate the drum and have someone apply your trailer brakes on and off. That may be caused by your trailer brake sticking. If you feel the brakes, grabbing on the drum when they are released readjust them, loosen them up and that will solve your problem. If not pull the hub off, inspect your bearings, and honestly, I would replace them because I’m already there. Re-pack your bearings with, good quality grease I recommend amsoil reinstall and see if that problem goes away.

Shoes slightly dragging. No biggie. Continue to monitor.

BTW...electric brakes will vary much anyway, its in their nature.
