This pie filling yields 2 pies:
2 gram cracker crust
1 Philadelphia cream cheese,
1 container of whipped cream,
1 egg white
2-3 bananas sliced into circles
1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice,
1 can of blueberry or cherry pie filling
1 to 2 cups of sugar

Step one:
removed lid from graham cracker crust container. Clean the clear lid that comes with it in place to the side.

Step two:
separate the egg whites from the egg and use egg whites to dust graham cracker crust. Once the crusts are dusted you can place in oven on 350Β° for five minutes until Golden Brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

Step three:
in a mixing bowl, add Philly, cream cheese and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Begin to blend together.

Note: This pie is based on taste so you will have to taste it to the desired consistency and flavor. You may taste the grittiness of the sugar but it will dissolve as the pie sits in the fridge at the end.

Step four:
Remove whipped cream from refrigerator and add to Philly cheese mixture and continue to blend. The mixture is blending gradually add in one cup of sugar once the mixture has blended together, and our nicely combined at that point for flavor. At this point you should have a pretty thick consistency and a sweet lemon flavored mixture. If the mixture is tart add more sugar if the mixture does not taste that it has lemon, add more lemon juice. Please be mindful and how much lemon juice you add because it will thin the consistency of the pie filling.

Step five:
begin to slice 2 to 3 bananas and line those bananas at the bottom of your piecrust. You can even use the bananas along the sides of the pie. How much, depends on how much bananas you want to add to your pies.

Step six:
once your pie filling is at the consistency and flavor that you desire you can add to pie crusts over the bananas.

Step seven drizzle as much blueberry or cherry pie crust, filling that you desire, cover your pies with the plastic lid and place in fridge for a minimum of two hours, or let it overnight to allow the filling to settle.

Remove pie from Fridge and Enjoy!
