1 tsp black pepper seeds
1 tsp Himalayan Crystal salt
1 cinnamon stick
30g dill
70g red sweet paprika
10g garlic
fresh thyme and rosemary (chopped 1 tbsp)
600g ground beef
200g cooked rice
lemon zest
100g parmesan
6 big onions (1500g)
40g butter
fresh lemon juice
Onions (Boil the onions in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until soft)
At the end (cook on 225°C / 40 minutes)
●●Sauce Ingredients:
200ml beef broth
350g tomato puree
2 tbsp Red Hot Buffalo wing sauce
200ml red wine
60ml organic olive oil
lemon zest
