i do this to people and people do this to me. it sucks for both sides, the guilt you get from lashing out at someone you love, especially if you were emotionally neglected/abused wich makes it really hard to control yourself. and the pain you get from being yelled at when you were just trying to help. its hard for everyone.

Iāve had this happen to me a few times, and yeah it sucked, especially from someone I thought was my best friend. She also brought up stuff about my ex that she knew was a sensitive subject, and then promptly blocked me and never spoke again.
And good riddance. If someoneās willing to hurt you like that and not show any remorse, theyāre not worth keeping around.
