I've seen ya making a small mistake with mechanical 3D printed parts.
If you want to have the most possible strength for prototypes I would recommend getting another material like cf-nylon or pc.
And maximise the infill or how many walls you can print.
In my experience, more walls and the right amount of infill gave me really good strength;)

I have a cnc mill in my garage and could help you machine some billet aluminum components if you need them.

I would run a bracket from inside the subframe that runs above your exhaust that hooks to your drill motor so it pulls back away from the radiator should help make it pretty strong

Your gonna have to find a spring that motor can barely load otherwise you’ll never have enough torque to make this work just think about the leverage of a persons weight on a kicker and you’ll comprehend why a small motor alone will never be able to to create this much torque electric starters are geared way different than a kick starter work more on a power over time principal kickers work more on inertia

I think a problem your running into is a crazy leverage ratio.
I don't think the drill motor will cycle the motor with that design.
Seems like your 1:4, where as most starters are roughly 10x less load

Can you modify a starter motor to use as the actual motor its built for short burst and heavier loads than that drill motor and will last longer but will be heavier

You'd probably benefit from getting another drill to double up the planetary gear set
