How and when should you include a cheat meal into your diet plan?
Here at the FFP, we prefer the term βFree Mealβ, as βCheat Mealβ implies youβve done something wrong.
β¦ but done properly, and planned out each week, thereβs a place for it!
I recommend planning your free meal for a Friday or Saturday evening.
This is often when families are meeting for dinner, or ordering take out for the week end.
Itβs also better to plan for the evening meal, so you can still eat healthily during the day.

It's important to do this every now and then. It does seem to trick the metabolism into fat burn mode. I like to eat my free meal midday. I don't eat after 5. When I eat these meals I pour a little vinegar into my drink. I'm down 80 pounds since February this year. I was 250 pounds
