I think blaming the victim is the wrong way to go. Capi was in a bit of damned if you do damned if you don’t situation. If she complains and no one backs her up then she could get kicked and lose a good friendship over what could be explained away as someone having poor social skills. While clearly he was more than socially awkward I blame the problem player and the DM. Dude was a textbook problem player and it was ignored because???? From what was described he wasn’t fun to play with, was rude not only to the DM’s actual friend but also to the actual DM, no one knew him and it wasn’t like the party would have been that small without him or his girlfriend. 3 players aren’t ideal but you’re on a college campus you can find people to replace them.
