Beaded:
The easiest rope to learn and perform skills on as they cut through the air slower and hold their shape better. Learning to move a beaded rope fast, will get you to mega speeds on the ropes below
PVC:
Perfect for advancing your speed whilst still being able to perform tricks and footwork
WIRE:
Not suitable for beginners or tricks and footwork but the best for repetition on open skills such as double unders and speed step (only once proficient though)
