Your salabhasana is incredible! The height you get 😍 I need to really work on my back flexibility and you are so graceful in your teaching. Thankyou for all you do for us

That quad stretch works wonders for the lower back! Also I like the malasana. For me it is helping to lengthen and stabilise the lower back as my hips are opening and pelvis is beginning to tuck under for a more engaged core. Pushing the heart forward from the upper back helps me move with better posture. Sometimes there isn't enough time or energy for a set aside practice., so tucking Asanas into everyday life as going about the day works brilliantly.

Gee, the padangusthasana with a twist might require a pre warm up for me.
I hadn’t thought of using blocks for puppy pose. I often do balasana (knees apart) but with elbows bent, prayer hands behind my head.

Hi Charlie I’m a 6’5 man and I’m thin, and I struggle to do any of these cuz I have 0 flexibility. It’s very discouraging to me, how can i improve my flexibility please? I’ve been following and doing your classes for almost one year, but my improvements were only marginal :/

Hello dear.I love your outdoor practice. Sure thesei posses are great. However, they are Not so easy & not for just everyone to practice. I guess, I can teach a half of it 😊
