So to combat this I decided to increase the time for self awareness & revitalisation π―
By this I mean restoring my body to an active & fresh condition π
Dedicating 15 minutes each morning to meditate, sunbathe & hydrate (3 in 1 combo) βοΈπ§π§ββοΈ
First I started with 5 mins, then 8, then 12 & now 15 minutes πβ
Benefits Iβve felt:
No information overload from social media in morning, technology detox, no bad news, start the day with a clear & undisturbed mind β
Hydrating after sleeping for 8 hours, replenishes liquids in body β
Start the day in a proactive, relaxed & peaceful way β
Iβve fulfilled this routine for the last 6 days & it feels so good! π
I prepare my clothes next to my bed the night before, making the habit easy to perform as I wake up ππ½π€©
