This was truly sad that not one of Timothy’s adult siblings ever checked in on him 1 time. To make the comment that they thought their mother had changed was the most disturbing to me. Watching the trial & then the Judge crying himself, over there not being any one show up for Timothy the entire trial. Even with his two siblings coming that day for a victim impact statements, it still had the judge super offended the father didn’t even show to for his son. The bio father should be charged also for not following up and at least checking on Timothy when he handed him over to Shanda knowing she was not supposed to be caring for him. Had any one of these individuals ever dropped by to do a well check on Timothy, he’d be alive today. Had they called at any time for a wellness check, any one of them, bio dad, bio brother, bio sister, would have been done even 1 time, this would have never happened as Shonda would have been taking care of him or have the CPS there.
