Maybe the "advanced" section could cover integrating TS into React, particularly an existing JS-based React project. Would be good to see examples of converting existing components to use TS. Also, a look at how TS would change the existing React Testing Library unit tests, or just how to build unit tests when a React component is using TS.

Like someone else said, if you add in a major section that shows what TypeScript looks like in a prod environment, specifically in a React/Vue code base, and teach how to write TS in a React/Node/Express environment, I would sign up for it. Just learning types is easy and anyone can do that just going through the TS documentation, but actually integrating into a real prod environment is the hard part.

public vs private vs protected, casting, static, classes, abstract classes vs interfaces, getters and setters, Inheritance vs Composition with examples of where each excels, polymorphism, programming to interfaces to decouple/loosely couple classes, common design patterns in action like the observer pattern etc. Classes and interfaces are two are the best features of Typescript, so they should get some coverage.
