➤ ABOUT US: Hi! We’re Nick & Raychel, and we want to help people open their eyes to alternative living, whether that be teaching English online, moving to Cambodia, taking advantage of working holiday visas, or building a DIY stealthy camper van to live & work on the road. Nothing is off limits when adventure is the ultimate goal. After three years of living full time van life throught Canada, Mexico and the USA, we're now car camping our way through New Zealand in a Land Rover Discovery 1.

Our goal here is to bring you weekly content where we hope to inspire you to break free & live the life you desire. On this channel, we talk everything from finances to minimalism to working online to mindset and post a weekly vlog of our daily lives. We hope you join us on our journey to see the world, save money, live minimally, and most importantly, have fun.

So if you're looking for a channel about van life, alternative living, and budget travel, you're in the right place.

My husband and I sleep with different comforters too. I didnt know it was weird. I just know if we share we yank it off of each other and blanket battles ensue.

i literally cannot stand someone else’s feet and legs touching me while i sleep, so separate comforters has always been a must for me in every relationship

Having seperate blankets has been a game changer for our relationship. He's normally boiling hot and I'm normally freezing cold

My partner and i always sleep with different comforters. I thought we were weird but what can i say, we want different blankets. Cool to see that this is actually common

It actually feels super weird to me to stay in a hotel with only one blanket.
Didn't realize that was a thing in other countries until I was in my twenties 😅

It's the best👌🏾
Hubby is always hot all year round 😉 and I'm usually very cold in winter 🥶 and cool to cold in summer.
So I use winter & summer duvet together from September to May wearing pj's and a hoodie 🤗.
My hubby looks at me in the morning, shaking his head like I'm an alien 😅.
Meanwhile, I'm snuggerlybuggerly wa

This isn’t the European way. This is so the hotel can easily separate the beds to sell a “twin room” as well as a double

Its still common to share a blanket for a couple. This is just in case the people sleeping in the hotel/cabin arent a couple

Bro, my parents are so in love, have THE MOST romantic love story known to mankind, n they still sleep in different rooms occasionally, cuz they both snore loudly n have weird ahh sleeping habits. All I'm saying is, love n all is fine, but nothing, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING comes in between you n your sleep😭
