Yep. I needed a floor for my office. I did the math and saw it would take a couple weeks of printing + $600 of filament. I went and found something better from Ikea for < $200, but it won't cover the whole floor. I could get a saw and cut it... or I could design and print all the gap-fill so I can fill the room space... Filament for that is in the other room ;)

why would you buy stuff if you can make it yourself... that is soo satisfying if you made something u use daily! Dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with buing stuff. but yeah the assembly is also part of the fun.
