It’s happens to me like every other month but I think I kinda found a solution to prevent this, every time you are done playing Toca world make sure you exit COMPLETELY like go out of the house or place, and back to the very beginning screen like the round world ( if that makes sense )😅 this makes sure your progress is saved. I have been doing this for about 4 months and my world hasn’t reset, hope this helps to prevent it( sorry if this didn’t make sens
