Le "t" est attaché au mot " ne t'inquiéte pas" car il parle de la deuxième personne qui est "te", et parce que "te" se termine par une voyelle et que le mot " ne t'inquiéte pas " commence aussi par une voyelle, ils sont généralement liés ensemble en français, cela s'appelle « contraction ». Tu répondes donc à la première personne en disant « ne t'inquiéte pas, je comprends » pendant que la deuxième personne écoute, à qui tu parles.
