Did he cut his paw during a hike? I am always amazed by the stuff a dog can walk on and not get hurt. Looks like he still loves you and wants to play! We all know how much you love him.

I have a pug that hates to have his nails clipped. He squirmed one time just as I was cutting, and I just barely nicked the fleshy part under his nail. The bleeding looked even worse than this and he was doing that pug scream like he was dying. (He started screaming even before I started clipping anything; it starts as soon as he sees the clippers; I’ve had neighbors come knocking because they are concerned that someone was seriously injured, but now they know.) I ran him to the bathroom tub, got alcohol and gauze, and applied pressure. Within 10 minutes, bleeding had stopped, he was nice and clean, had his paw wrapped up, and was dancing around the kitchen waiting for the treat he always gets when we finish.

naha he has cut his paw ,had five big dogs all at once had more than one cut paw ,one showed up with a cut paw on rainy walk he was covered in blood where he had been running and splattered it all over himself ,it was dripping off his belly ,but when he showed up,I could see it was all coming from a front paw ,need staples ,a bandage and the cone of shame .😂
