My recipe tends to change from year to year depending on the availability of certain ingredients. Today, I used ginger, red onion, oranges, garlic, jalapeΓ±os, fresh Sage, thyme, and Rosemary, as well as peppercorns, turmeric powder, and of course organic apple cider vinegar.
This will sit for about 4-6 weeks, then I'll strain this off and add raw honey. This is great to take daily by the tablespoon straight or added to a bit of water. This isn't recommended for those who have acid reflux or stomach ulcers.
