Wellā¦ Letās just say I donāt really agree. Our past is why we are what we are. Thatās our foundation. Why not look into it and rebuild it if thereās some weak links.

I'm not going to say "Traditional Therapy" doesn't work for some. It did not work for me. My therapist just put me on ADD meds and called it a day.
Sometimes you just need someone to talk to that actually listens even if that someone is yourself.
