You know what I noticed to that helped us out with this update was that the internal SSD it gave it more speed on the downloading uploading which is the reading right you know so that's a plus 👍

Im curious if a custom back cover with more/differing vents would help? The rog symbol is neat, but restricts air flow.

people say fan curve can prevent sd card issue but how long they play it per session, I plan to play it plugged for many hours a day and I don't want to worry about sd card everytime I played more than 2 hour while with other brand handheld pc out there I don't have this issue. btw this is design flaw so no software update can completely fix it

Update on mine. it just failed today. But the SD cards themselves are working fine on my pc. Looks like its just the reader for me. And i just purchased a new 512 samsung card too.

Has zero to do with thermals. Lost my first microsd card a couple days ago. I’ve put it through a lot since day 1 and no issues. Take it out to transfer some capture footage, put it back in. Sitting idle at 10w, card fails. Dead.

My sd card still good I did the fan curve since I saw your video and have had no issues it's been almost 2 months and no issues at all.
