I'm in awe you can maintain that type of squatting position effortlessly while putting the badge. Your spine is straight, hips are down and you are sitting your weight on your left leg while you balance the position with your right leg.
Your body has very adequate balance and strength to be able to do that with zero effort and also you stood up without showing any strain, pushing with your left leg while keeping the back position straight. Very good body mechanics but you also train obviously. Kudos!
