I’m not sure if you got the wrong one it can taste different sometimes 😅 I tried this before and it tastes like grapes kinda, I think they are called rhombus I’ve tried them before their is also another type that looks like that but I’m not sure

Rambutans are hard to get right for me. Sometimes very good, sometimes the seed skin stick and makes the texture worse.

Rambutans have a time frame. If they go past that it can get a bit funky. Try to find super fresh ones and it should be a better experience
