I don't care what the guy in front of you did, in traffic that light, if you're not leaving enough interval to stop no matter what happens, it's your fault.....I don't even care if it is a no fault state. Obviously, what the guy in front did was wrong. But, as they say, He was wrong, but you were dead....wrong.
