What sort of criminal justice system brings a 93 year old man to court, a man who served his country and was never in trouble in his life. This is the type of man I'd love to sit down with and listen to his life story, he's definitely an interesting character and one whom deserves a little more respect than what he got from the authorities that decided to prosecute him

72 years of driving wothout violations (until now) deserved to get his ticket dismissed.
Anyone can make a mistake at least once.
Im just surprised he is still walking and driving at his age.
