How to Make Garlic Dip with Pimento Cheese

Cut the top off a whole head of garlic, brush it with oil, wrap it in foil and bake until it becomes soft.

Let the roasted garlic cool then squeeeeze it out into a bowl.

Add pimento cheese and vegetable soup mix to a blender.

Then add the garlic and mayo.
