Surprisingly, he did create good Carbonara, but please don't add in MSG.
Cooking guancale or mushrooms(Truffle or Porcini if you fancy else shiitake will do well) if you vegetarian with fire 🔥is really the oldest way and still the best

Una cosa bisogna dirla: alcuni passaggi erano sbagliati, e l' MSG non lo nominiamo neanche, che è meglio😂.
