I agree 💯 I have done both ways and in-person estimates work better for me. I'm not a cheap guy they need to see me and know I'm the right business for them! 👍✌️

Whats the difference in close ratio your seeing between in person and remote quoting? Im going to do all in person from day 1.
What people don't think about is its hard to close somebody if they ghost you over an email. If your in person and they try to delay the service until a later date, your able to ask questions and find out the true reason they dont want to be scheduled and handle that objection and close the sale.

Amen brother everybody's trying to use Google Earth to do stuff to estimate and then they get there and it's not exactly what they thought in the underpriced it you got to go there you got to meet the person you got to look them in the eye and that cuz you got to interview clients they're interviewing you your interviewing them you have the choice to say no to them if you don't think it's going to be the right fit even the beginning you got to know how to size up people and you can only do that in person
