Get out now. I am in my first year. Every teacher I have talked to this year has said it is worse now than it has ever been. Luckily I was able to finish college in just 3 years. I am using this year to stack up the pitiful amount of money we make as teachers and starting a job hunt this summer. I promise you it is not worth it… *edit I didn’t even notice you go to UCF lol. That is where I graduated from and I am pretty sure you are in the apartments I lived in. Now I can say with even more certainty do not teach in Florida or really anywhere from what I have heard.
