This makes no sense. Maybe when you are in your 40s but if you are young and have started a fairly high paying job recently, how is your annual salary x your age / 10 even moderately realistic

The problem with these calculations is it never tasks into account if you had big jumps in income in the lease 5 years. I went from unemployed during the pandemic to 74k to 100k to 146 k in 4.5 years. According to my net I'm far behind but I'm investing so much now I'm on track to have a million in 10 years
