Don’t forget fruits are full of carbohydrates and therefore are not complete meals. If you’re vegan and don’t want to eat meat or other byproducts try things like legumes and beans. Good source of protein and you can make all types of dishes like soups, salads, pasta, meat substitutes etc

It’s also very important to have enough protein, I don’t see much protein in this diet and it could potentially cause problems down the road
