One thing..... the people in this comments section who are asking / commenting as to how can he afford the rent whilst working in the charity sector are imbeciles.
Big charities are huge (often multi-national concerns). They don't just have people 'chugging' working for them!
They need accountants, marketers, tech support, managers, admin, CEOs, CFOs and HR etc. like any large companies.
