I've been living with MS since 1996. I been wheelchair bound for the past 8 years. I’ve been doing carnivore for the past 77 days. I'm feeling better than I have in years. I eat strictly steaks, salt, and water. I eat boiled eggs in the morning for breakfast. Should I cut out the eggs and eat strictly beef? I'm feeling less inflamed, but I'm wondering if eating beef for all of my meals would be more beneficial? Thank you Dr Chaffee for bringing hope back to my life.

A couple of semi- famous actresses have MS. I notice that they continue to become more and more crippled. I hope that they see this. I suffered from Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis for 19 years and found out about Carnivore. I KNEW it had something to do with something that I was consuming. I had gotten Gastroenteritis twice in one year and because I couldn't keep anything down, even water, I realized that FASTING was making my Rheumatoid symptoms go away! Within about four days, I was out of ALL THAT INFLAMMATION! I just used LOGIC. Then I saw Mikhaila Peterson talking about how THE PROPER HUMAN DIET CURED her of her HORRIFIC Juvenile RA. The rest is History. A WHOLE NEW LIFE!! 🥰💪👏👏

Yes DX with MS 2016 I was a mess went blind in one eye,oh the problems I had. I never went out for 8 years, 1 year on this carnivore diet. I’ve been out all year. Lost 70 pounds, went to the beach 2 times a week all summer long, I can’t tell you how much my life has changed. I’m not cured by any means. I still have vertigo sometimes. However my doctors and I have decided that this works for me. No medication,no need just the diet.I eat meat, eggs, bacon and salt every day. Give it a try you got nothing to lose all to gain 😊

I am in my second year eating the Ketogenic Carnivore way, having Oxalate poisoning from eating vegan and drinking superfood smoothies, my balance was gone I had to be very careful not to fall, I experienced Myelination eating carnivore restoring my balance 57 Ibs melted away. I enjoy carnivore recipes mixing in high fat dairy but am considering moving into the Lion Diet. ❤

My MS was diagnosed about a decade ago, and by early this year it had progressed to some vision issues and my needing to hold the rail while climbing the stairs. Not nearly as bad as some, but it was enough to scare me. I tried carnivore, and the results have been amazing. After nine months, my symptoms are almost completely gone. I consider it no less than a miracle.

Plants contain non-protein amino acids, and these are specifically what trigger MS symptoms. The thing that really works in a carnivore diet to help MS is that it's also an elimination diet cutting out all your MS triggers. Yes, it's possible to do an elimination diet without carnivore, but it's much harder to judge which non-protein amino acids you're eliminating. With a carnivore diet, that's never an issue.

Allergies to cold and perfume gone
Eating eggs would make me have pimples that is gone too
Erectile diss function gone, nowadays I wake up with crazy morning woods which had literally disappeared
Obesity gone,my tummy is flat, recently a friend asked me about my secret but instead I shared a link of one the videos for Dr Anthony and asked him to follow this doctor and know the secret,am in Kenya and explaining the meaning of carnivore can be hectic

I have other issues like chronic pain , neuropathy, need knee surgery , degenerative disc disease , arthritis and Fatigue. I am Not complaining. I just started ' almost ' carnivore. I didn't give up my iced tea with lemon . I don't need to lose weight. I thank you Dr Chaffe and Dr Berry . I love reading comments. I wish this wasn't called a diet. This was easy for me, I am lucky that way

Does anyone know if this will help (refractory) MYASTHENIA GRAVIS?

Myasthenia Gravis is an autoimmune disease that attacks the neuromuscular junction and causes muscle weakness, severe widespread weakness in some cases. I'm mostly bedridden now, homebound, and on palliative care. I cannot cook anymore and live alone. 😔

I wonder if I just get some ground beef cooked plain and simple somehow, and just eat that crumbled for now

How long does it take to heal from Hashimotos? I tried not eating butter and had ZERO energy and was lethargic for several months and had to eat way more fat. Still trying to heal with 7 months in.

Can come from any body-foreign protein including vaccinations with new proteins similar to body proteins or only similar in parts (cross reactions). Thanks for your work

@anthonychaffeemd have you seen anyone with Parkinsons respond to carnivore? My father was diagnosed in 2020 with it at age 70. I dont expect it to cure him but I would love to see him try it. I just dont want to falsely get his hopes up. Thanks for the great content.

I also think gluten, processed food, sugar plays a role. Eliminating any type of food that your body might react to.
