🔧 Check major home systems – HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and the roof. These are the big-ticket items buyers don’t want to worry about.
🚿 Fix those drips and squeaks – Leaky faucets or creaky doors? Time to DIY (YouTube is my go-to for quick repair hacks!).
🛠️ Tighten up – Loose cabinet pulls or door knobs? A little twist here and there goes a long way.
🎨 Paint refresh – A fresh coat of white paint can brighten up any room and give it that “just-moved-in” feel.
🌳 Yard touch-ups – Trim the trees, prune the shrubs, and throw down some fresh mulch. Curb appeal is everything!
🧼 Clean or replace carpets – Nothing turns buyers off faster than dingy floors.
📦 Declutter and depersonalize – Make it easy for buyers to picture themselves living in your space.
