LASAGNA

Meat preparation: the quantities mentioned are for approximately 2 pounds (0.91 kg) of meat. Double for 3:
2 tablespoons of the sofrito of your choice
1 tablespoon of oil
1 cube or packet of chicken,
1/4 cup Spanish-style tomato sauce
3 olives
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 packet of seasoning.

Instructions
In a pot over medium-low heat (5), add the oil and sauté the red sofrito and the recao (or cilantro) for 1–2 minutes until it smells good. If you use canola oil, add the seasoning with cilantro and achiote at this step.

Add the chicken cube or packet, salt, olives, and ground beef, tomato sauce, and sauté for 1-3 more minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water. Cook over medium heat (5) until you see that the meat is completely cooked. Cooked.

Boil enough water to cook the pasta
Turn the burner down to 6
Add salt to taste (I recommend a tablespoon)
Add the pasta and stir slowly to prevent it from sticking to the bottom
Cook the pasta for about 14 minutes, and from that time you will taste the pasta until it is to your liking.
If you overcook the pasta, it will break. If you leave the pot unattended, it will spill on the stove.
Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold tap water.
Return the pasta to the pot with cold water to stop the cooking and off the burner. You can add ice to the water.

TO ASSEMBLE THE LASAGNA
Cheeses of your choice
I only use 2 cups (0.47 l) potato cheese, 2 cups (0.47 l) (0.47 l) mozzarella cheese, 2 sticks of cream cheese
14 ounces (0.53 kg) of traditional spaghetti sauce - You don't have to use the whole pot. You can add more sauce to taste when serving the portion you are going to eat.

Preparación de la carne (las cantidades mencionadas son para 2 libras aprox. de carne. Duplicar para 3:
2 cucharadas del sofrito de su preferencia
1 cucharada de aceite
1 cubito o sobre de pollo,
1/4 taza salsa de tomate estilo español
3 aceitunas
1/2 cucharadita de sal
1/4 sobre de sazonador

Instrucciones
En una olla a fuego medio–bajo (5) echa el aceite y sofríe el sofrito rojo y el recao (o cilantro) por 1-2 minutos hasta que huela bien. Si usas aceite de canola incorpora en este paso el sazonador con culantro y achiote.

Añade el cubito o sobre de pollo, sal, aceitunas y la carne molida, salsa de tomate, sofríelas por 1-3 minutos más. Agrega 1/4 taza de agua. Cocina a fuego medio (5) hasta que veas que la carne esté totalmente cocinada.


PASTA LASAGNA
16 oz de PASTA LASAGNA
Hierve agua suficiente para cocinar la pasta
Baja la hornilla a 6
Échale sal a gusto (Te recomiendo una cucharada)
Agrega la pasta y muévelas lentamente para evitar que se peguen al fondo
Cocina la pasta unos 14 minutos y desde ese tiempo vas probando la pasta hasta llevarla a tu gusto
Si sobre cocinas la pasta se rompen. Si dejas la olla descuidada se derramará en la estufa.
Una vez estén cocidas escurre y enjuaga con agua fría del grifo.
Regresa la pasta a la olla con agua fría para detener la cocción y fuera de la hornilla. Puedes echar hielo al agua.

PARA MONTAR LA LASAGNA
Quesos de tu preferencia
yo solo utilizo 2 tazas queso de papa, 2 tazas queso mozzarella, 2 barras de queso crema
14 onzas de Salsa tradicional de espagueti - No tienes que echarle el pote completo. Puedes agregar mas salsa a gusto al servir la porción que vas a comer.

Engrasa el molde con spray antiadherente (PAM)
y comienza a colocar capas de cada cosa.
Pasta, queso crema mezclado con carne
Pasta, carne, capa fina de salsa, quesos
sigues repitiendo la #2 hasta terminar con los ingredientes.

La lasagna está totalmente cocida. Solo hay que calentarla hasta derretir el queso.
Si vas a comer al momento toda la lasagna la metes al horno a 350 Fahrenheit por unos 20 minutos o hasta que veas el queso derretido.

Si es para guardar solo separa las porciones individuales y las calienta individualmente.
