I believe the Pro is more beneficial to compare to the con.

When debt are managed well, is like unare using someone else money to run ur business where by paying back the money from your profit...

Ur own capital pump into the business is an additional way of making rev.

- does not dilute share holder
- interest on debt is Tax deductible
- Infuse discipline

Debt Con:
- it can lead to bankruptcy
- not able to pay principal and interest due to financial constraints or fluctuating interest rate/inflation
- Restrict of certain activities involvement
