The problem is the buffer spring is too rigid. It prevents the bolt from fully cycling back and stovepipes the next round. The solution? Pull the buffer spring and cut off one or two rings, try it, cut it, try it, cut it, until it quits jamming, my 10mm I cut off ~2.25" and probably needed to take off another .25". Solved like 90% of my jams.

Make sure the mag is a Genuine Glock mag. If there is still issues send it back to TNW. They have a very good reputation for taking care of any issues with their guns. I had to send back my 9mm TNW several years ago and they took care of everything including shipping both ways and a letter of explantion + a phone call. Now it works perfectly and have many 1000's of rounds through it.
