If you're obese, eat less and move more. Learn to portion control and control your cravings. You need to consume fewer calories and burn more calories. Your approach will need to be strict and 'boring,' but this can be temporary until you reach a new baseline. Then, you can find a healthy balance that works. Everyone is different, but if you're fat, you need to eat less and move more... Simple.
