On the morning of July 6, 2013, the Boeing 777-200ER operating the flight crashed on final approach into San Francisco International Airport in the United States. Of the 307 people on board, three died; another 187 were injured, 49 of them seriously. 13 Among the seriously injured were four flight attendants who were thrown onto the runway while still strapped in their seats when the tail section broke off after striking the seawall short of the runway. It was the first fatal crash of a Boeing 777 since the aircraft type entered service in 1995.

For anybody who doesnāt understand, this is asiana Airlines flight 214. The planeās ILS systems had failed, which forced the pilots to go through with a visual approach. Sadly during landing, the plane had stalled which inevitably led to the plane colliding with terrain . The crash had killed 3, and injured 236 people.

Here is the explanation for the story. On july 6th, 2013 Asiana airlines flight 214 was landing at San Francico airport. The aircraft was a boeing 777. But the pilots didn't realize just how low they were until they finally were nearing the runway. The pilots tried to go around. They pulled the yoke and tried to climb, but the tail hit the edge of the runway and the tail and a bit of the rest of the plane broke off. The plans hit the ground and spinned a couple times until it finally slowed down and came to a halt. Unfortunatly 3 people died. Rip to all those fallen souls.

The Asiana wreckage was only on the runway for a few days before they got it off and re-opened that runway, making this a rare catch.

For people who donāt know,This is Asiana airlines 214 when the aircraft was landing it was very slow so the pilot raised up the nose and the bottom of the tail hit the side of the runway and broke off sending the main body of the plane swinging violently until it stopped š¢
