It’s a great calculation, sir with little correction. You said it correctly that only 1.6% approximately pays taxes. There is a difference between how many files but lots of people file for zero dollar tax return only 1.6% of people are paying taxes. In our country it’s not only 1.6% are middle class so even middle class is not paying taxes either when you say that 98.4 out of hundred are not paying taxes that means that every damn class is not paying taxes..
