DO NARCISSISTS RECOGNIZE WHEN THEY HAVE GONE TOO FAR?

Narcissists will provoke their victims over and over again to see just how much control, manipulation and blame that they can get away with over time. The longer their Empath tolerates it the more they will up their game to increase their level of emotional abuse. When their Empath begins to pull away from them then they realize they must dial it back because they have gone too far. Then eventually they will try again to increase their control and manipulative behavior as well as their abuse. Then when their target pulls away again they realize they have gone too far and will again try to be nice for a little while to keep them from leaving. Their demons constantly test their victims with what they can get away with by stretching the boundaries of abuse. Then if their victim finally has had enough and breaks free they will go into victim mode and huge false narratives blaming their true victims and lying about them to as many as who will listen.
