Baklava Pista Bites
Ingredients :
Filo Baklava Sheets
Melted butter
Honey
Pista balls:
Pista powder - 1/2 cup
Dried rose petals - 2 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Garnish with rose petals
Method :
Take filo baklava sheets, roll them tightly & slice. Place in a baking tray, put melted butter, & bake till golden brown & crisp.
Bake with both the rods on @ 180* c for 25-30 mins.
Pour honey over the hot baklava & let it rest for 1 hr.
For pista rolls, combine pista powder, rose petals, cardamom powder & Condensed milk. Create balls and shape them in rounds.
Place the baklava, then the pista roll over it. Garnish with rose petals.
