Yoga Retreat Workshops In Israel 2022

The ground under my feet is shaking again. The world feels broken, but, luckily, my yoga practice reminds me that I am not broken.

I practice for times like these when everything is fragile and uncertain again.

We practice for times like these.
When fear and anxiety revisit our lives.
When many of us, parents, are back to home-schooling and juggling life because of the Omicron situation.

I first realized that I want to shift my life to a more meaningful purpose was when my mom was diagnosed with lung cancer many years ago. It was then, that I knew there is more to all of that I am experiencing and her illness changed my path. This is how, unconsciously, I was drawn to Yoga and have been walking this road since then.

The news says that many things are canceled, but my flight to Israel is not (Thank GOD), and so does life.

If you are feeling exhausted, scared, maybe searching for your deeper meaning in life, or if you are lacking an anchor in your life, I encourage you to practice Yoga, daily.
