I'm sitting here on a beautiful Sunday, in Belize... stuck working on a project for one of my last freelance clients. 
As I stared at my screen, I actually caught myself saying, "This sucks!" out loud. It’s been a rough day—7.5 hours of work for only $40, and I can't shake the feeling that I shouldn't even be doing this anymore. 

But here I am, because I have a hard time saying "no." 
I'm a people pleaser who cares way too much about what others think of me.


I don't know about you, but sometimes working for clients just feels like crap. 
The endless back-and-forths, the need for approvals, the semi-corporate nonsense... It's all a reminder of why I love Print-On-Demand (POD) so much. With POD, I get to call the shots and don't have to answer to anyone. No deadlines, no waiting for feedback—just me, my creativity, and the freedom to live life on my own terms.

Do any of you ever feel stuck like this? Maybe you're doing something you'd rather not be doing, or feel guilty when you think about saying "no." 

I wish I could just say, "I'm too busy," but the guilt keeps me locked in.


Stacey and I managed to sneak out for a nice breakfast with an ocean view this morning, which was a small silver lining. But then it was back to reality and this client's project. It's moments like these that really make me appreciate the freedom that POD offers and why I chose this path in the first place.
