45ml/1.5 oz Tequila

For the garnish melt some white sugar on top of the cocktail. Angle flame away from drink to avoid unnecessary heating up.
Have a metal or ceramic water cup next to you to out the spoon into afterwards. For both safety and not getting sugar stuck to the spoon reasons
For the Ube syrup, there are lots of ways to do it, but I find using an essence the easiest based on my location. Approx 3 teaspoons of essence per litre of syrup depending on extract strength
