Thanks for the step platform idea. I went with a 36 inch pipe build from lowes because I have about 300lbs of tube resistance bands for dead lifting. The platform works well.

Curious why I never see you doing single arm chest press with the door anchor? You tend not to use the door anchor at all. I think, using the door anchor, would allow you to get much better range of motion on a lot of your movements.

Why do you do only standard exercises, where rotation exercises are difficult to coordinate? Rubber allows you to do a lot of exercises that fitness simulators cannot provide. For example, wrestling moves, judo exercises, skiers... If you take a typical jock, he is clumsy and can only make vertical movements, like a walking square. After all, with, for example, deadlift, it is not the large extensors of the back that spasm, namely the small rotational muscles of the vertebrae and they need to be trained, but in your training, you can not see working with them at all... I got up, sat down, from the chest and craving for myself. Such training does not provide overall coordination, so pitching during a fight, sometimes they can't do anything, because the body is accustomed to doing straight, primitive movements...
